1. About Pocket Muse

This website and online store are operated by Pocket Muse. These Terms of Service describe the conditions for using pocketmuse.store and purchasing from us. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Pocket Muse.

2. Using the store

Use the store lawfully. Provide accurate and current contact, billing, shipping and order information, and use a payment method that you are authorized to use. You must have the legal capacity to make your purchase or the necessary authorization from a parent or guardian.

If you use an account, protect its sign-in information and contact us if you suspect unauthorized use. Do not interfere with the store, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malicious software, impersonate someone, or use another person's information without permission.

3. Product information and device compatibility

Pocket Muse offers phone accessories, including ready-made and custom or personalized cases. The details of each available product are described on its product page.

Check your exact device model and the compatibility stated for the product before ordering. A reference to an iPhone or Samsung model family does not by itself establish fit for every device in that family. If compatibility is unclear, contact us before purchasing.

Colors may look different on different screens. This does not reduce our responsibility to supply products that match their description or your applicable rights when a product is defective or incorrect.

We may update product information or stop offering a product. Changes to future listings do not by themselves change an order that we have already accepted.

4. Orders and payment

Checkout shows the items, prices and applicable charges for your order. Review them before submitting payment.

We accept your order when your payment is successfully processed. Your order-confirmation email records the order details. If we cannot fulfill an accepted order, we will contact you and refund any payment collected for the unfulfilled items.

If an obvious pricing or listing error affects an order, we will contact you to explain the issue and the available options. We will not charge an increased amount without your agreement. Your cancellation and refund rights under applicable law remain available.

Contact hello@pocketmuse.store promptly if you need to correct an address or request cancellation. We will tell you what is possible at the current stage of fulfillment. We do not promise that an order can always be changed after processing or shipment, and this does not limit any cancellation right provided by law.

5. Prices, taxes and shipping charges

Prices and the currency applicable to your purchase are shown in the store and at checkout. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are shown before you submit your order.

Free shipping is available on selected products. Any applicable shipping charges are shown at checkout. A free-shipping offer does not establish that every product or destination qualifies.

We do not add a general returns fee, cancellation fee or other charge through these terms. Any additional optional service and its price must be disclosed before you agree to it.

6. Shipping and delivery

Delivery availability depends on the product and destination shown during checkout. A worldwide-delivery intention does not guarantee that every product can be delivered to every address.

Processing and transit estimates provided for your order are estimates unless we expressly agree otherwise or applicable law requires a particular delivery obligation. Customs clearance and carrier delays may affect timing. These terms do not create a maximum-delivery-time guarantee or identify unverified warehouse locations or carriers.

Tracking information is provided when available for the shipping method. Items in the same order may ship separately. If your order is delayed, missing or delivered incorrectly, contact hello@pocketmuse.store so we can review it and explain the next steps. Nothing here removes our obligations or your remedies under applicable law.

Customs duties or import taxes may apply to an international order. Their handling depends on the destination and the arrangements for that order; these terms do not impose an additional blanket obligation to pay unverified fees.

7. Returns and refunds

You may request a return for eligible ready-made products within 14 days of delivery.

Sale items and custom or personalized items are final sale for change-of-mind returns. If your item arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, contact us so we can review the issue and provide the appropriate remedy. These exclusions do not limit your applicable consumer rights.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for ordinary returns.

To request a return or report a damaged or incorrect item, email hello@pocketmuse.store with your order number and a description of your request. Contact us before sending an item back so we can provide return instructions.

Our published Return and Refund Policy is available at https://pocketmuse.store/policies/refund-policy. If a mandatory legal right differs from our voluntary return conditions, that legal right remains applicable.

8. Custom and personalized products

When a product offers personalization, review the product's options and any spelling, initials, names or other details that you submit. The product page or order instructions will explain the available customization.

Only provide content you are entitled to use, and do not submit unlawful material or material that infringes another person's rights. We may decline a personalization request that we cannot lawfully fulfill and will explain the handling of any payment already collected.

These terms do not promise a design-proof service, a particular production time, or a separate pre-production cancellation deadline. Any such process must be explained for the actual product. Applicable cancellation rights and remedies for defective or incorrectly supplied goods remain available.

9. Website content and submitted material

Pocket Muse branding and other store content belong to their respective owners. You may use the store to browse and make purchases. Do not copy or commercially reuse our branding, images or other protected content without permission unless the law permits it.

You retain your rights in material you provide for personalization. You authorize us to use it only as needed to process and fulfill your request. These terms do not grant us an unrestricted right to reuse your material in advertising.

10. Shopify and other services

Shopify provides the platform that supports our online store. Your purchase is from Pocket Muse. Payment, shipping, tracking and other functions may use third-party services.

Links to another provider's website may be subject to that provider's terms and privacy practices. Our use of a service provider does not remove our own responsibilities to you.

11. Privacy and optional automated support

Optional chat and voice support uses automated AI. Responses may contain mistakes; confirm important product details, device compatibility and order information against the product page or with us.

Voice support records conversations, and conversation transcripts and operational logs are enabled. Use the Contact page if you prefer another way to reach us. Do not provide passwords, verification codes, full payment-card details or unnecessary sensitive information through automated support. These terms do not authorize marketing messages or change your privacy choices.

12. Service changes and misuse

We may maintain or update the website and may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address misuse, fraud or a security problem. This does not cancel our responsibilities for accepted orders, refunds or other applicable rights.

We do not promise uninterrupted website availability. We do not use these terms to waive mandatory product guarantees or to exclude liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

13. Changes to these terms and applicable rights

We may update these terms for future use of the store and future purchases. We will give notice where required by law. A later change does not retrospectively remove rights relating to an order you have already placed.

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. No arbitration requirement, class-action waiver, exclusive court location or invented governing jurisdiction is added by these terms.
